Returns
Our return policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have elapsed since your order delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. A handling charge of Rs. 100/- will be applicable for all return orders per product. To avoid this, you can place an exchange order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it; it must also be in the original packaging.
Wrong product handover in return: Action will be taken based on the package opening footage, and the wrong product that was received will be notified to the customer. In such cases, the seller will not be liable for any action if the customer fails to respond within 5 days
Additional non-returnable condition and items:
– Any Discount code is used while making a purchase.
– Purchase order value is above Rs.4999/- (partial return will be accepted)
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
– Non-returnable item (if any), will be mentioned in the product description.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
– If the return request is placed for order value above Rs.4999/-
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If it is approved, then your refund will be initiated and you will receive a pay-out link via SMS, which will also be notified to you via WhatsApp (if the number is provided to us). You can then add your bank account or UPI details and the amount will be credited to you. The process takes 7-10 working days once the return courier is received by us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you do not receive the pay-out link within the above-mentioned time, then we request you to notify us via WhatsApp on +91 9711938351. If you have done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at +91 9711938351.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or do not fit well. If you need to exchange for the same item, please go to the “My Account” section (located at the top right of the website) and place an exchange request directly. There is no additional charge for any exchange orders. For new orders of a lower price, the balance amount will be refunded as a discount code for future purchases. Exchange of products is subject to the availability of sizes.
Shipping
To return your product, you can do so directly through the “Return & Exchange” option in My Account, located at the top right of the website. Shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Self-Ship
If your Pin code is not in the serviceable area i.e., if our delivery agents are not able to come for pick-up returns, the customer has to self-ship the product.
